5. Order Tracking

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: LuxoraSonali is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please contact the carrier for assistance.
  • Delayed Orders: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact info@luxorasonali.com for support.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
  • If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost shipments.

8. Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund.
